(2) Cooling rate: the faster the cooling rate, the shorter the crystal growth time, the smaller the zinc flower.
(3) Number of crystal nuclei: The size of zinc flower is closely related to the number of crystal nuclei of zinc flower. When the surface of steel base is rough or the surface cleanliness is poor, the zinc flower is relatively small. Zinc grains are formed on steel base, and the more nuclei there are, the smaller the zinc flowers will be. This principle is used in the production process of small zinc flowers.

This treatment can improve the adhesion and anti-corrosion performance of the coating, and reduce the risk of corrosion during storage and transportation.
